privacy

we collect only what we need: your email if you send an order request or join the mailing list, and minimal cookies to keep the site working. we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time at offquiet.brand@gmail.com.

payment

payments are processed securely by stripe — either at checkout or through an invoice we send you for a made-to-order bottle. we never see or store your card details.

returns

you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase — this applies to made-to-order bottles as well. to be accepted, the fragrance must be unused and returned in its intact, unopened packaging with the seal unbroken: perfume is a hygienic product, and once a bottle has been opened it can no longer be returned. write to us first at offquiet.brand@gmail.com and we will confirm the return address. return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the bottle reaching us. if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it at our expense.
